Gîte VIRGINIE is open for rental all year round in Mimizan-bourg. A comfortable, fully-equipped (renovated in 2023) single-storey house for 4 people, built in 1930 and decorated with care, located on a property with on-site chambres d'hôtes and owners. Quiet, enclosed garden planted with trees, just 250 m from shops and restaurants and cycle paths to the lake and beaches. Access via shared entrance, reserved parking space and bike stands, 2 private terraces with garden furniture and parasol. Comprising a large kitchen, TV lounge, laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 cm) and the option of 2 single beds or 1 double bed (190 cm). Beds are made up on arrival, with linen linens and towels provided. We look forward to welcoming you!
