A semi-detached 70 m² gite with Gîte de France certification: fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric self-cleaning oven, combined fridge-freezer, living room, lounge, 1 downstairs bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), 1 upstairs bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm), an air-conditioning unit, a shower room with Italian shower, a separate toilet, and a double barbecue. Pets not allowed.
