I offer Pilates, Adapted Muscle Strengthening, Stretching and Surf Preparation classes all year round, in small groups, in a room facing the ocean at Plage de la Garluche, as well as outside on the beach during the summer months, as well as home coaching. Classes are also available for pregnant women before and after pregnancy. Sports sessions can be accompanied by massage sessions, or you can simply come and have a massage for your well-being at the Centre Equestre le Marina, where I have a massage chalet!
I can also come to your home with my table on request
