The Mimizan Intercommunal Tourist Office, classified category 1 (the highest classification for a tourist office), has been awarded the Qualité Tourisme label since 2013, rewarding our commitment to a process of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of internal operations. In May 2024, Qualité Tourisme disappeared in favor of the Destination d’Excellence label, reinforcing its high standards, particularly in terms of eco-responsibility; a new challenge for 2026!

identify, around the Family quality label represented by the Mimiz’Ô mascot, a qualified offer adapted to families and children aged 0 to 16
advise, guide and listen to family customers, in order to meet their expectations and develop the offer further

School, student and professional groups

identify a range of services (tours, accommodation) on the theme of nature and industrial know-how related to the forestry-wood industry; a range that regularly evolves in line with demand.
provide advice and suggest services best suited to the educational and professional objectives of these visitors
